How it works
One request gathers everything you need before starting work. Your client completes it at their own pace, from their phone.

2. Share it by email, link or WhatsApp
Your client enters with a code sent by email, answers, uploads files and picks up where they left off. If something is missing, you send them straight to that point.
3. Quote and request approval
Packages, extras and quantities with exact totals. Every approval records who approved, when, and which version of the quote, data and files.
4. If something changes, only that part reopens
You see what changed, the previous agreement stays on record, and the request is ready again once the new version is approved.

Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link you send and confirm with a 6-digit code sent by email.
Does Promptusphere charge my clients?
No. Your clients join free. You pay one plan of MXN 299 per month, VAT included.
Does the quote work as an invoice?
No. It is a branded quote. Promptusphere does not issue tax invoices (CFDI).
What happens when I hit a limit?
Only opening new requests pauses. Your clients keep answering and approving, and you can complete and export.
What does the AI do, and not do?
It proposes questions from your document or description, extracts data and summarizes. You review everything before using it. AI never calculates prices or approves on anyone's behalf.
