Your customers take part for free
Invite as many customers as you need. They sign in with a code sent to their email, without creating an account or paying. Your plan counts open requests, not people served.
How limits work
Active requests
A request is active until you complete or cancel it. If you reopen one, it counts again.
AI actions
Suggesting questions, extracting details from a document or summarizing counts as one. If the AI fails, it isn't counted.
Alerts before you get there
We let you know at 80% and 100% of each limit, in your queue and by email.
Completing, approving and exporting are never blocked
At a limit, only opening new requests pauses. Your customers keep answering and approving, and you keep exporting.
Payment and cancellation
You pay by card through Stripe. We never see your full card number. The Stripe receipt is not a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI).
If you cancel
1. You cancel from your account
In Settings, Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
2. 30 days read-only with export
You see everything and download answers, files, quotes and approvals.
3. Notice before deletion
We email you before deleting your data. It's deleted 14 days after the notice.

Try it free for 14 daysDo I need a card to start the trial?
No. You create your account and workspace and use everything for 14 days. We only ask for a card when you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, your workspace stays read-only for 30 days and you can export everything. Then we email you and delete the data 14 days later.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. It's MXN 299 a month with VAT included, and Stripe shows you the exact total before you pay.
Can I have more people or more requests?
For now the plan includes 3 people and 30 active requests at a time. Completed or cancelled requests stop counting.
Is there annual billing or a discount?
No. There's one monthly plan and you can cancel it anytime.
Do you issue tax invoices?
No. You get the Stripe receipt, which is not a CFDI.
