Changes after approval

Customers change their minds. Lucía Herrera approved 200 brochures for MXN 3,500.00 and then asks for 500 with new artwork. Promptusphere shows you exactly what changed and what needs approving again.

What happens when something changes

• The request changes to Changed after approval and we let you know.
• Only the approvals that depend on what changed reopen. In the example, Final artwork reopens because folleto_v2.pdf arrived, and Quote reopens because the quantity changed. Delivery details stays approved.
• If it isn't clear whether a change affects a step, it goes to Team review so someone can decide.
• The earlier agreement stays in the history and is included in the request's export.

Review the changes

1. 011. Open the Changes tab. You see before and now, marked: quantity 200 to 500, folleto_v1.pdf to folleto_v2.pdf, and the Reason for the change if the customer wrote one.
2. 022. For a step under review, choose Review the change and then Keep approval or Reopen approval.
3. 033. If the quote changed, choose Review quote, adjust it and send the new version, for example for MXN 7,900.00.

What your customer does

In the portal they see Review the changes, with what changed since they approved. They choose Approve the changes or Ask for changes. Once every approval is current again, the request is Ready to work once more.
