Export your data

Your data is yours. You can export a single request, with everything that was agreed, or your whole workspace. Exporting stays available even if your workspace becomes read-only.

Export a request

1. 011. Open the request and choose Export request.
2. 022. Choose Prepare ZIP. It can take a couple of minutes if there are many files.
3. 033. When it is ready, choose Download ZIP.

The ZIP is the complete evidence for the request:

• The answers and their data.
• The PDF of each quote version.
• The files, with every version, for example folleto_v1.pdf and folleto_v2.pdf.
• The approval history: who approved which version and when, including agreements made before a change.

Export the whole workspace

1. 011. Go to Settings, Data.
2. 022. Choose Export everything. Only the Owner and Admin roles can do this.
3. 033. The export appears in the list below. When it is ready, choose Download ZIP.

This ZIP contains your customers and requests as CSV, to open in a spreadsheet, and the full workspace data as JSON: customers, requests, answers, templates and quotes.
