Billing and subscription

Promptusphere has a single plan with every feature: MXN 299 a month per business, VAT included. Your customers take part for free. Only the person with the Owner role sees and changes billing.

Subscribe

1. 011. During the 14-day trial you don't need a card. In Settings, Billing you see how many days you have left.
2. 022. Choose Subscribe for MXN 299 a month.
3. 033. Pay on Stripe's secure page. You see the total with VAT before you confirm.
4. 044. When you come back, you will see Subscription active and the paid plan's limits.

Manage your subscription

In Settings, Billing, choose Manage billing. Stripe's portal opens, where you change your payment method, see past payments and download your receipts, or cancel. If a payment fails, you will see a notice to update your card.

• Stripe receipts are not tax invoices (CFDI). Promptusphere does not issue CFDI for now.
• The quotes you send your customers are not invoices either.

If the trial ends or you cancel

• Your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days. You can finish, approve and export what you already have, but not start new work.
• Your customers aren't left hanging: they still see their requests.
• After those 30 days we send you a deletion notice, and 14 days later the data is deleted.
• If you subscribe before then, everything goes back to normal.
