Plan limits

Limits are about capacity, not features: the trial and the paid plan have everything. Your customers take part for free and don't count as people.

What each plan includes

• Trial (14 days, no card): 5 active requests, 3 people, 1 GB of storage and 30 AI actions.
• Paid plan (MXN 299 a month, VAT included): 30 active requests, 3 people, 10 GB of storage, 300 AI actions a month and 1 custom domain.

How they are counted

• An active request is one that is not completed or cancelled. If you reopen one, it counts again.
• An AI action is a template draft, a data extraction or a summary. Long documents can count as several, and we always show you how many before it starts.
• If an AI operation fails, it doesn't count.
• The paid plan's AI actions renew with each month of your subscription.

What happens near the limit

We let you know at 80% and 100% of each limit. You see your usage in Settings, Billing, and active requests in the Queue too. When you reach the request limit you will see “You reached 30 active requests. Complete or cancel one to open another.”
