Invite your team
Add up to 3 people to your workspace, choose their role and decide who can approve each step.
Your team works requests with you: they review answers, build quotes and approve what is theirs to approve. Your plan includes up to 3 people in total, counting you, on both the trial and the paid plan.
Send an invitation
- 1. Go to Settings, Team.
- 2. Choose Invite person.
- 3. Type their Email and pick their Role.
- 4. Choose Send invitation. They get an email to create their account and join your workspace.
Until they accept, you will see Pending invitation. If you used the wrong email, choose Cancel invitation.
What each role can do
- Owner: everything, including billing, the custom domain, data retention and deleting the workspace.
- Admin: everything except billing and deleting the workspace. Admins also manage the team and webhooks.
- Member: templates, requests, quotes and customers.
Decide who approves
Approving is not a separate role. In the team list, turn on Can approve for each person who should sign off. On each approval step you can name a specific person, such as Ana Torres, and only she can approve it.
