Create your workspace

Your workspace is where your templates, requests, customers and quotes live. You create it once per business, and the trial lasts 14 days with every feature, no card needed.

Open your account

1. 011. On promptusphere.com, choose Try it free for 14 days.
2. 022. Create your account with your email. This account is only for you and your team; your customers never need one.
3. 033. Once you sign in, you land on Create your workspace.

Fill in your business details

1. 011. Type the Business name, for example Imprenta Ceiba. This is how your customers see you.
2. 022. Choose Your portal address. If you type imprenta-ceiba, your customers open their requests at imprenta-ceiba.promptusphere.com.
3. 033. Pick your Industry, the Language for your customers and your Time zone. The time zone sets when reminders go out.
4. 044. Under Choose how to start, pick a library template such as Print quote, or Start from scratch.
5. 055. Choose Create my workspace.

Your first steps

In the Queue you will see the Set up your workspace checklist. It guides you through three steps:

• Publish a template so you can use it in requests.
• Invite your team to share the work. Your plan includes 3 people.
• Share your first request by email, link or WhatsApp.
