Import a template with AI

If you already have a form in Word, a PDF or a list of questions in an email, AI can propose the sections, questions and files you ask for. You review everything: nothing publishes on its own.

Create the draft

1. 011. In Templates, choose Import with AI.
2. 022. Choose how to start: Upload document (for example PDF, Word or text), Paste text or Describe what you ask for, such as “brochure orders with quantity, size, paper, final artwork and delivery date”.
3. 033. If you like, add Instructions for the AI (optional).
4. 044. Check how many AI actions it counts and choose Create draft with AI.

Review and adjust

Under Proposed draft you see the sections, the required questions, the files requested and a Suggested follow-up. If it works for you, choose Open in the editor: it opens as an unpublished draft so you can adjust anything. If not, choose Discard draft.

How many actions it counts

• Each draft counts as one AI action if the document fits in one, about 30 pages.
• If the document is longer, it is split and counts as several actions. We show you how many before it starts.
• If the AI fails, no action is deducted.
• The trial includes 30 actions and the paid plan 300 a month.
