Publish a template
Try the template as your customer and publish it as a fixed version that your requests keep.
You can only create requests from published templates. Each time you publish, a new version is created, and that version never changes.
Try it first
- 1. In the editor, choose Preview.
- 2. Switch between Customer view and Business view, and between Phone and Desktop.
- 3. Type test answers and choose Check answers to see which validations fail and which questions appear based on conditions.
- 4. If something is missing, choose Keep editing.
Publish the version
- 1. Choose Publish version. The button shows the number, for example Publish version 2.
- 2. If Check this before publishing appears, fix each item with Fix in the editor and try again. For example, two questions with the same key or a choice question with no options.
- 3. You will see Template published · v2.
How versions work
- New requests use the latest published version.
- Requests already sent keep the version they were created with. Your customer never sees questions change halfway through.
- If you edit a published template, you will see Unpublished changes until you publish another version.
