Button and form for your website

With a public form, new customers send you a request from your website, your social media or a link. Each submission creates a request in your Queue with the template you choose, and the customer gets a link to complete it in their portal.

Create the form

1. 011. Go to Settings, Portal and domain, and under Public forms choose New form.
2. 022. Pick the Template (published templates only), type a Title and, if you like, an Owner of new requests.
3. 033. Under Form questions, pick the minimum you need to start. The customer completes the rest in their portal.
4. 044. Choose Create form.

Paste the code on your website

On the form you will see three options: Link to share, Button for your website and Form inside your page. Choose Copy code and paste it into your site's HTML, wherever you want it to appear. The button code looks like this:

• data-mode: "button" (the default) shows a button that opens the form in a window; "inline" places it right on your page.
• data-label: the button text.
• data-color: the button color, in any CSS color format.
