Connect your own domain

Your portal works from day one at your Promptusphere address, for example imprenta-ceiba.promptusphere.com. If you would rather have your customers see your own domain, you can connect one per workspace, such as pedidos.tunegocio.mx. Only the person with the Owner role can do this.

Connect the domain

1. 011. Go to Settings, Portal and domain.
2. 022. Under Custom domain, type Your domain, without https:// or paths. We recommend a subdomain, such as pedidos.tunegocio.mx.
3. 033. Choose Connect domain.

Add the DNS records

1. 011. The screen shows a table with the records to create. The main one is a CNAME record with your domain's name, pointing to the target shown on the screen.
2. 022. If TXT records appear, add them too. They confirm the domain is yours and let us issue the certificate.
3. 033. Sign in to your domain provider's panel (for example Neubox, GoDaddy or Cloudflare) and create each record, copying the values exactly.
4. 044. Come back to Promptusphere and choose Check now. We also check every few minutes and let you know when it is active.

Once everything is ready, the status changes from Waiting for DNS to Active and secure. The security certificate is issued automatically. From then on, links and emails use your domain, and your Promptusphere address keeps working.
