How your customers sign in

Your customers don't need an account or a password, and they take part for free. They enter your business's portal with a private link and a code sent to their email.

What your customer does

1. 011. They open the link you sent by email or WhatsApp.
2. 022. They type their email and choose Send code.
3. 033. They type the 6-digit code they received and choose Sign in. The code expires in 15 minutes.
4. 044. They see their to-do list and choose Continue where you left off. Each step saves on its own, so they can leave and come back later.

What they can see

• Only the requests your business shared with their email, in your workspace.
• They never see other customers' data or other businesses' requests.
• Their history, their files, the quote and what they need to approve.

Revoke access when needed

Open the customer's profile in Customers and, under Privacy, choose Remove portal access. Someone with the Owner or Admin role can do this. Their links and codes stop working right away, and your records are kept. If they try to sign in, they see “This access was withdrawn” with your name so they can write to you.
