Automatic reminders

We remind your customer what is missing, on your schedule and within limits, and you see whether each email arrived.

You no longer have to chase your customers. While details or corrections are missing, Promptusphere writes to the customer with their to-do list and stops on its own when it is no longer needed.

When they go out

  • The invitation goes out first. Then a reminder after 2 days, another after 5 days and one the day before the due date.
  • At most 1 reminder goes out per day and 6 per request.
  • If the request changes or is completed, we cancel the reminders that no longer apply.
  • The days for each reminder and the maximum per request are set on each template, in the editor.

Set your schedule

  1. 1. Go to Settings, Reminders.
  2. 2. Leave Send automatic reminders on, or turn it off. Invitations and access codes are still sent.
  3. 3. Choose the Send time and the Quiet hours, for example between 21:00 and 8:00.
  4. 4. Decide whether to Send on weekends. If it is off, anything due on Saturday or Sunday goes out on Monday.
  5. 5. Choose Save changes. Open requests are rescheduled with the new schedule.

Check each email

In each request's Messages tab you see upcoming reminders, can pause them for that customer and check the status of each email: Sent, Delivered, Bounced or Failed. If one fails, choose Retry.
